Members may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. kgk777 may request additional documentation at any time.
All deposits to kgk777 must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. kgk777 accepts Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kgk777 does not accept third-party deposits or cash transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the kgk777 account portal and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the kgk777 member portal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise verified. Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to KYC verification status and internal review. kgk777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of verification.
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit with your bank or payment provider constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kgk777 will immediately suspend the affected account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means. Any bonus funds credited in connection with a charged-back deposit will be voided.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to kgk777's customer support team for internal resolution.
